The Guard is a 2011 action, comedy, crime, and thriller film that follows the story of Sergeant Gerry Boyle, an unorthodox Irish policeman who is forced to team up with a straight-laced FBI agent named Wendell Everett to take down an international drug trafficking ring. Despite their differences, the two must work together to stop the criminal organization and protect their community. As they delve deeper into the case, they encounter unexpected challenges and must use unconventional methods to achieve their goals. Will Boyle'sold-school attitude and Everett's by-the-book approach be enough to take down the dangerous gang and bring peace back to their small town?
