In a small town, a group of workers at a local factory face a desperate situation when their boss, a wealthy oligarch, announces the factory's closure due to lack of profit. Determined to take action, they kidnap the oligarch and demand a hefty ransom. But as the night wears on, the situation escalates into a tense standoff between the workers, the oligarch's private security team, and the police SWAT team. With their lives on the line, the workers must confront the harsh reality of their situation and decide how far they are willing to go to fight for their rights. Will they survive the night or will it end in tragedy?
