The Cutting Edge: Going for the Gold is a romantic comedy-drama film that follows the story of Jaclyn "Jackie" Dorsey, a young figure skater who dreams of winning an Olympic gold medal like her parents, Doug Dorsey and Kate Moseley. However, her ambition is put to the test when she suffers a serious injury and struggles to find a new partner.
