In 1970s Brazil, a young soldier named Fininha is stationed in Recife, where he discovers an underground theater troupe led by the charismatic Clécio. Enchanted by their rebellious spirit and creative expression, Fininha finds himself drawn to Clécio and the troupe's artistic world. As Fininha becomes more involved with the group, he must confront the harsh realities of living under a military dictatorship, where repression and censorship are rampant. Despite the risks, Fininha and Clécio's romance blossoms, but they must navigate the dangerous landscape of a society that seeks to silence their voices and suppress their love. Will their love survive the suffocating grip of oppression, or will they be crushed by the weight of the regime?
