In ancient China, a legendary swordsman named Hsieh Shao-Feng has mastered the art of combat, but grown tired of the bloodshed and violence that comes with it. He retreats from society and takes on the name "Ah-Chi," living a humble life as a vagrant. However, his past soon catches up with him as a powerful assassin named Yen Shisan seeks to challenge him for the title of supreme swordsman.
