In the gritty drama Stray Dolls, a young South Asian immigrant named Riz takes a job at a run-down motel in a desperate attempt to start over in America. But as she becomes embroiled in the seedy underbelly of the motel's criminal activities, Riz finds herself torn between her desire for a fresh start and the pull of her dangerous past.
