Spirits' Homecoming

Inspired by the powerful true stories of Korea's 'Comfort Women', Spirits' Homecoming follows the lives of two young girls, Jung-min and Young-hee, who are kidnapped by the Japanese Imperial Army during World War II and forced into sexual slavery. Decades later, an elderly woman, Young-hee, attempts to reunite with the spirit of her lost friend, Jung-min, through a young medium. The film takes us on a journey through time as we witness the horrors of war, the strength of friendship, and the resilience of the human spirit.
