Sorcery

In 1880, on the remote island of Chiloé, a young indigenous girl named Rosa seeks justice for her father's murder at the hands of German settlers. Mateo, a local sorcerer, takes Rosa under his wing and teaches her the ways of native magic. When Mateo is arrested and tortured by the town's mayor, Rosa renounces Christianity and embraces the island's native religion.
