Slither

A meteorite crashes into a small town, bringing an alien parasite that infects the residents, turning them into zombies and mutants. Grant Grant, a wealthy resident, is taken over by the alien and becomes a grotesque monster. His wife Starla and police chief Bill Pardy team up to stop Grant and the alien invasion. The survivors discover that killing Grant will eliminate the rest of the aliens. They arm themselves with a grenade and head to Grant's home, where they engage in a fierce battle against the mutated Grant and his minions. In the end, Starla uses a sharp brush to stab Grant, and Bill uses a propane tank to blow him up, saving the town from the alien menace.
