In 1980s Salt Lake City, two friends, Stevo and Heroin Bob, embrace the punk rock lifestyle, rejecting the mainstream and seeking meaning in their own way. As they navigate the city's underground scene, they encounter a diverse cast of characters, including mods, rednecks, neo-Nazis, and new wavers. But as they delve deeper into the punk world, they begin to face the harsh realities of life on the fringes of society.
