What is A Monster in Paris about? 
In 1910, Paris was hit by a great flood, and in the midst of it all, a shy projectionist named Emile Petit and his friend Raoul embarked on a journey to the Botanical Gardens to make a delivery. However, their visit turns out to be memorable as they accidentally create a monstrous creature with the help of two potions - "Atomize-a-Tune" and "Super Fertilizer" - which gives operatic singing voices to whoever it's used on and causes plants to temporarily grow enormous sizes. The creature escapes the laboratory and appears to terrorize the citygoers. Emile glimpses it briefly but doesn't know what to make of it. Meanwhile, Raoul's childhood friend Lucille who works at L'Oiseau Rare club as a cabaret singer is pressured by her Aunt Carlotta into marrying wealthy Police Commissioner Victor Maynott. As numerous sightings of the creature alarm spread across town, Maynott fronts an investigation launched by his second-in-command Pâté while Lucille encounters it one night; at first terrified but discovers that it is actually an enlarged flea with a euphonious singing voice launched from Charles', fur her proboscis monkey fur improvises dubbed"Francoeur"and lets him live in her dressing room where she helped him practice his operatic skills night after night until they both devised up plan B where they invite Professor Shoustic who runs sound波 speed tests over at Opera Garnierto join them for dinner that evening so he could identify this strange man/flea hybrid creature once forever known only as Francœur...
