Shores of Hope

In 1980s East Germany, two dockworkers and best friends dream of escaping the repressive regime. They're presented with a chance to flee, but it comes at a steep price: they must inform on their co-workers and union leader. One friend hesitates, torn between loyalty and the desire for freedom. The other becomes a Stasi collaborator, betraying his friend and sacrificing their shared ideals. As they face the consequences of their choices, the friends must confront the true cost of their decisions.
