En slags förlaga till Mr. Bean. Den har ingen direkt linjär handling utan är uppbyggd med små sketcher som utspelar sig på ett hotell på rivieran. Humorn ligger i kaoset som följer Hulot i alla situationer. Mycket av den håller än idag, men ibland...
