Scooby-Doo and the gang embark on a well-deserved vacation to Florida, but their relaxing getaway quickly turns into a mystery-solving adventure. A shape-shifting sea monster is stealing jewelry and causing chaos at a nearby hotel, and the gang is determined to catch it. Fred, still obsessed with nets, tries to use his latest invention to capture the monster, but it proves to be no match for the creature's cunning. Daphne, Velma, and Shaggy team up to help Fred overcome his net fixation and uncover the truth behind the monster's identity.
