In the rural east of Munich, a gruesome discovery shakes the community: a skull is found on a scarecrow, belonging to a farmer named Herbi. The Germinger family, renowned detectives, are tasked with solving the crime. As they delve deeper, they uncover a web of deceit and family secrets. Herbi's wife Klaudia and her sister Lucy, who was having an affair with Herbi, become prime suspects.
