Sawyer (Hermione Corfield) es una joven y prometedora estudiante universitaria que se pierde mientras se dirige a una entrevista de trabajo. Antes de poder darse cuenta, se encuentra perdida en medio de un gigantesco bosque de Kentucky. Por si fuera poco, su suerte empeora cuando un grupo de criminales que se ocultan en el bosque se percata de la presencia de la joven. La aparición de un extraño hombre solitario se convierte en su único aliado para evitar caer en las garras del grupo de forajidos... y para salir con vida del bosque.
