Romy's Salon

When 10-year-old Romy's mother has to work long hours, she spends her afternoons at her grandmother's hair salon. Grandma Stine is strict and busy, but Romy discovers a new side to her when she starts to help out. As Stine's memory starts to fail her, Romy takes on more responsibilities and tries to keep it a secret. But when Stine starts to confuse her past with her present, Romy must confront the reality of her grandmother's illness and figure out how to make her happy. Will Romy be able to balance her own life with caring for her grandmother, and what will she learn along the way?
