In a small village nestled in the heart of rural India, a young man with a hearing disability named Chittibabu lives a life of quiet despair. Despite his disability, he finds solace in his work as an irrigator and his love for a beautiful woman named Ramalakshmi. But when his elder brother Kumar Babu returns from Dubai and decides to take on the powerful and corrupt village president, Chittibabu is drawn into a world of politics and social justice. As tensions rise and loyalties are tested, Chittibabu must confront his own demons and decide where his true allegiances lie.
