Requiem for Mrs. J is a darkly comedic drama that follows the story of a widow, Mrs. J, who has lost her husband and her job. On the anniversary of her husband's death, she decides to end her life, but first, she must complete some tasks. She sets out to do laundry, grocery shopping, and even digs up her husband's old revolver. As she prepares for her final act, she encounters a cast of eccentric characters who unintentionally thwart her plans.
