Redbad

In the 8th century, Europe is divided into two worlds: the Frisians, Saxons, and Danes live north of the rivers, while the Franks, who practice Christianity, live south of the rivers and desire to conquer all of Europe. The Franks attack the Frisian kingdom, kill King Aldigisl, and throw his son Redbad into the sea. Redbad survives and is rescued by a group of Vikings. Together, they seek to unite the Frisians and fight against the Franks who have taken over their land. With the help of the Vikings and a strong army, Redbad hopes to reclaim what was taken from him and bring freedom to his people.
