In a not-too-distant future, a man named Marc is diagnosed with a terminal illness and decides to freeze his body in the hopes of being cured in the future. Seventy years later, he becomes the first person to be resurrected from cryonics. As he struggles to adjust to a world that has changed beyond recognition, he begins to question the meaning of life and mortality. But as he tries to find a way to end his suffering, he realizes that death is no longer an option. Trapped in a world that is both familiar and strange, Marc must come to terms with his new existence and find a way to move forward.
