In the marginalized streets of Recife, Brazil, a radical poet named Zizo distributes his controversial thoughts through a self-published newspaper, Febre do Rato. He lives in a world of his own creation, where satisfying the downtrodden comes with a price. But when he meets Eneida, a free-spirited woman who challenges his beliefs, Zizo's relationships and worldview are thrown into chaos. The conflict between individuality and community erupts, threatening the very fabric of Zizo's anarchic existence. Will he be able to reconcile his ideals with his desire for connection and acceptance?
