Random 11

In Tokyo, a series of murders has taken place every February 29th for the past decade. 11 victims are killed simultaneously in different parts of the city, leaving no evidence or witnesses behind. Prodigy detective Mitsuko Unagi is determined to catch the serial killer known as "Eleven" and put an end to the random killings. But this year, something is different. The killer has changed their pattern, giving Detective Unagi a chance to finally solve the mystery of the Random 11. Will she be able to stop the killings before it's too late?
