In a steam-powered London, a group of five female spies known as "Team White Pigeon" must navigate the complex web of intrigue and deception within the royal family of the Kingdom. Suspicions of a double agent within the family have led Control, the Commonwealth's covert ops group, to assign the team a new mission: to rescue a second-hand bookstore owner and deliver him to the Commonwealth. As they successfully complete their mission, the team becomes increasingly suspect in the eyes of Central, who decides to keep a close eye on them.
