Prayanam is a romantic comedy that follows the story of Dhruv, a free-spirited young man who falls in love with Harika, a beautiful and independent woman, at first sight in an airport. With only two hours before their respective flights take off, Dhruv decides to take a chance and try to win Harika's heart. As they spend time together, Dhruv's carefree nature charms Harika, but their differing personalities and life goals create tension in their blossoming relationship. Will Dhruv be able to convince Harika to take a chance on him and change her carefully planned life?
