"Poolhall Junkies" follows the story of Johnny Doyle (Mars Callahan), a talented pool player who's been under the thumb of his mentor and stakehorse, Joe (Chazz Palminteri), for years. When Johnny finally breaks free and tries to leave the hustling life behind, he finds himself pulled back in by his brother's involvement with Joe's new protégé, Brad (Rick Schroder). With his brother in jail and Joe out for revenge, Johnny must face off against Brad in a high-stakes game to settle the score and pay off his brother's debt. But as the game heats up and the stakes get higher, Johnny must confront his own demons and decide what's truly important to him.
