In the midst of a mysterious sanatorium in a remote area of Istanbul, a web of deceit and paranoia unfolds as two men, Mitat and Masal, become embroiled in a twisted game of cat and mouse. As their lives intersect, the lines between reality and delusion blur, and the truth becomes increasingly harder to discern. With each twist and turn, the tension mounts, hurtling the characters and the audience towards a shocking climax that will leave everyone questioning what is real and what is merely a product of their own paranoid minds.
