Rika Umezawa, a middle-aged bank employee, feels unfulfilled in her life. Despite her dedication to her job and her clients' trust, she feels neglected by her husband and unappreciated. One day, she meets Kota, a charming young university student, and begins an affair with him. As their relationship deepens, Rika starts to embezzle money from her clients, using it to fund their luxurious lifestyle and keep Kota by her side. But as the stakes rise and the consequences of her actions become clearer, Rika must confront the emptiness within herself and make a choice that will change her life forever.
