Outside the Law

"Outside the Law" tells the story of three Algerian brothers who are forced to flee their homeland after their family is killed in a massacre during the Algerian War of Independence. They find themselves scattered across the globe, with one brother joining the French army to fight in Indochina, another becoming a leader of the Algerian independence movement in France, and the youngest brother making a fortune in the shady clubs and boxing halls of Pigalle in Paris. As their destinies intertwine, they are drawn back to Paris, where they must confront their past and fight for their nation's freedom. This powerful and intense drama explores the struggles of the Algerian people and the brutal realities of war, exile, and independence.
