A young horseback rider,s Stormy, tries to save a mistreated show horse, Hurricane, from its cruel owner, Yiri, the fanatical circus director. With the help of her loyal horse, Whisper, and circus boy Carlo, Ari must outsmart Yiri and his ruthless plan to exploit Hurricane.
