A young opera singer gets her big break when the previous star of a production of Verdi's Macbeth is injured. But as she takes the stage, she becomes the target of a psychopathic killer who forces her to watch him murder her friends and loved ones. Trapped in a world of terror and paranoia, the singer must fight to survive as the killer closes in on her.
