In 19th-century Germany, a young real estate agent named Jonathan Harker is sent to Transylvania to finalize the sale of a property to a mysterious nobleman, Count Dracula. Despite the warnings of locals, Jonathan reaches the castle and meets the Count, who is enchanted by a portrait of Jonathan's wife, Lucy.
