Banbrytande klassiker fyller 100 år! Tidlös, skrämmande och betydelsefull för genrefilmen!

Stor stor horror klassiker. Hvis man ikke er så meget til helt gamle film, findes der også et remake i farver af Werner Herzog, som er stort set lige så god.

Frequently asked questions

What is Nosferatu about? Toggle content

In the remote mountains of Transylvania, a mysterious count named Orlok summons a young man named Hutter to his castle. Orlok is interested in buying a house near Hutter and his wife, Ellen, but Hutter soon discovers that Orlok is not what he seems. As the night wears on, Hutter realizes that he and Ellen are in grave danger, and that Orlok's true nature may be something far more sinister than anything they could have imagined. This description emphasizes the sense of unease and danger that permeates the film, while also highlighting the mysterious and otherworldly nature of Count Orlok. It suggests that something is not quite right with Orlok, and that Hutter and Ellen are in mortal danger, without giving away the fact that Orlok is a vampire. The description also implies that there may be something supernatural or paranormal at play, which adds to the sense of intrigue and foreboding. Overall, it provides a compelling summary of Nosferatu's central themes and motifs without revealing too much about the plot or characters.
