A comedy of errors follows two friends, Dasan and Vijayan, who lose their jobs as peons and embark on a series of misadventures in Chennai. They get mistaken for smugglers and are pursued by criminal gangs, but ultimately find their way into the Tamil Nadu police force as Crime Investigation Department officers. Along the way, they encounter a cast of colorful characters, including a charming taxi driver, a beautiful actress, and a notorious underworld don. Will they find success and romance in this bustling city, or will their luck continue to elude them?
