"A Splendid Movie" tells the story of two friends, Ali Kemal and Vahi, who have dreamed of making their own film since childhood. Set in 1960ss Istanbul, the film follows their journey as they navigate the highs and lows of the Turkish film industry. Despite facing numerous challenges, they finally achieve their dream, but their triumph is short-lived when a fire destroys half of their finished movie. Determined to complete their unfinished story, Ali Kemal and Vahi embark on a quest to remake their film, encountering both heartwarming and heart-wrenching moments along the way.
