Monika

Monika, a young woman, is left blind after a botched eye surgery. While her mother is devastated, Monika finds a new sense of purpose and independence at a blind school. She discovers a support system she's always longed for, but her newfound autonomy doesn't sit well with everyone, especially her mother.
