In this haunting thriller based on a short story by Stephen King, two young brothers, George and Buddy (Chandler Riggs and Joel Courtney), move with their mother (Frances O'Connor) to their grandmother's isolated farmhouse to help take care of her. As they settle into their new home, they begin to uncover terrifying secrets about their grandmother's true nature, including her mystical powers and a dark pact she made with a demon. Fearing for their lives, the brothers must confront their grandmother's malevolent forces head-on and make a desperate attempt to escape the farmhouse before it's too late.
