Maximum Conviction

Former black ops operative Tom Steele (Steven Seagal) and his partner Manning (Steve Austin) are tasked with overseeing the decommissioning of a secret military penal facility and transporting its inmates to a new civilian prison. However, their mission is complicated when a group of mercenaries, led by Chris Blake (Michael Paré), storm the facility in search of two new inmates, Samantha (Steph Song) and Charlotte (Aliyah O'Brien), who possess valuable information. As the situation escalates, Cross and Manning must use their combat skills to take down Blake's men and protect the inmates. They soon discover that Charlotte is working for Blake and that Samantha has an implant containing valuable information that Blake will stop at nothing to obtain. With the help of their team, including Bradley (Bren Foster) and Jones (Dean Redman), Cross and Manning engage in a fierce battle against Blake's mercenaries. In the end, they successfully defend the facility, but not before a intense hand-to-hand combat between Cross and Blake.
