Manmadhudu 2 is a romantic comedy that follows the story of Samba Siva Rao, a perennial bachelor who hires a young woman named Avantika to act as his fiancée to appease his family's pressure to marry. However, things take a turn when Avantika forms a bond with Samba's family, and he starts to develop feelings for her. In an effort to keep his family away, Samba hires Avantika again, this time to act horribly towards them. But as they spend more time together, their feelings for each other grow stronger. In the end, Samba must confront his family and confess his love for Avantika, leading to a heartwarming conclusion.
