In this offbeat comedy, a solitary man named Roque Waterfall spends his days holed up in his apartment, surrounded by his beloved collection of videos from Atlanta, the club of his dreams. Despite his asthmatic condition, he lives a life void of purpose and meaning, relying on a small family inheritance to get by. That is until he meets Hans, a German filmmaker who is in Buenos Aires to document the lives of people who do nothing. Roque becomes the subject of Hans' film, but is hesitant to be in front of the camera. In the midst of all this, he meets Carla, a charming woman who inspires him to break free from his sedentary lifestyle and pursue his passions. Will Roque find purpose and love, or will he continue to exist in a world of nothingness?
