In the seedy underbelly of Los Angeles, a luchador wrestler, El Monstruo, finds himself entangled in a web of crime and deceit when he fails to deliver a kidney for his boss's daughter's transplant surgery. Crystal, a recovering drug addict and motel owner, discovers that her daughter, Kaylee, is being held captive by a ruthless crime lord who has taken control of the city's organ trade. Randy and Keith, two ex-cons, are forced to kidnap Kaylee for the crime lord, Teddy "Bear" Haynes. But things take a turn when El Monstruo rushes to her rescue and the trio finds themselves barricaded in a meat fridge basement as they try to escape with Kaylee and her newborn baby. With guns blazing and friendships forged, this gritty thriller takes viewers on a wild ride through the dark streets of L.A.
