Kate Wolfe, a no-nonsense fitness expert, is hired by a famous actor to get him in shape for his upcoming film. Despite their rocky start, Kate's tough love approach and infectious enthusiasm slowly begin to win over the actor, who finds himself falling for her. However, their budding romance is threatened when the actor's co-star, and former flame, Eliza, returns to the picture. With only two weeks left before filming, Kate must find a way to help Rick overcome his personal demons and get him ready for his role, all while navigating her own feelings for him.
