Little Boxes

After moving from Brooklyn to a small town in Washington State, an interracial family of three struggles to adapt to their new surroundings. The preteen son, Clark, tries to fit in by emulating the behavior of his black peers, but his efforts are met with confusion and rejection. His parents, Mack and Gina, also struggle to navigate the unfamiliar terrain of small-town life, grappling with their own identities and sense of belonging. As they navigate this new world, they must confront their own biases and limitations, and learn to embrace their unique family dynamics.
