Let Her Out

After a traumatic accident, Helen begins to experience dark visions and disembodied voices. She soon discovers that she has a tumor growth in her brain, which is revealed to be a benign remnant of a twin that she absorbed in the womb. As the tumor takes hold, Helen's behavior becomes increasingly erratic and dangerous, putting herself and those around her at risk. Lost in a walking nightmare, she must confront the malevolent force inside her mind before it's too late.
