Leap

Lang Ping, a young woman with a strong will and unwavering passion for volleyball, rises to fame as the star player of the Chinese women's volleyball team in the 1980s. Under the guidance of her coach, Yuan Wei Min, and with the help of her training partner, Chen Zhong He, Ping develops her skills and becomes a national hero. After a series of victories, Ping leads her team to compete against Japan in the World Cup finals, where they face off in a thrilling match. Years later, Ping becomes the coach of the US women's volleyball team and prepares them for the Beijing Olympics. With her unorthodox training methods and fierce determination, Ping's team faces off against the Chinese women's volleyball team, led by her old friend and former teammate Zhong He. As the two teams compete on the world stage, Ping must confront her past and prove that she has what it takes to lead her team to victory.
