Lawrence & Holloman

In this dark comedy, a cheerful suit salesman named Lawrence takes it upon himself to teach a cynical and suicidal accounting clerk named Holloman how to live a happier life. However, things take a turn when Lawrence's own luck begins to run out, and he faces a series of unfortunate events that challenge his positive outlook. As Holloman's fortunes seem to improve, Lawrence's life falls apart, leading him to question whether happiness is truly a matter of perspective or if fate has other plans. Based on the successful stage play by Morris Panych, this film explores the complexities of human nature and the quest for happiness in a twisted and humorous way.
