Meanwhile, a group of over 200 actors come together to give voice to the marginalized and oppressed citizens of the city's Popincourt neighborhood, who are fighting for social and political reform. Through powerful, long-take camera shots, the actors express their own thoughts and feelings, bringing the struggles and triumphs of the Commune to life.
