In this heartwarming comedy, a chance encounter between a medical student and a young man with muscular dystrophy leads to a series of unexpected events. Hisashi Tanaka, a volunteer at a hospital in Hokkaido, Japan, meets Yasuaki Kano, who has been living with muscular dystrophy since he was 12 years old. Despite his condition, Yasuaki has a lively spirit and a mischievous sense of humor, which captivates Hisashi. As they spend more time together, Yasuaki develops a crush on Hisashi's girlfriend, Misaki Ando, and asks Hisashi to write a love letter for him.
