Kizumonogatari Part 3: Reiketsu

In this dark fantasy anime, a high school student named Koyomi Araragi befriends a mysterious girl named Tsubasa Hanekawa who tells him about a rumored vampire in their town. One night, Koyomi encounters the vampire, Kiss-Shot Acerola-Orion Heart-Under-Blade, who is being hunted by three powerful vampire hunters. Koyomi helps Kiss-Shot and becomes her vampire subordinate, but he wants to become human again. Kiss-Shot tells him that he has to find all of her limbs that were cut off by her killers, but Koyomi soon realizes that he has to face a powerful priest, Guillotine Cutter, who has kidnapped Tsubasa. In a thrilling battle, Koyomi uses his powers to transform his arms into tree roots and defeat Guillotine Cutter, but he appears to have abandoned his wish to become human again. In the final showdown, Kiss-Shot and Koyomi face off in the Tokyo Olympic stadium and engage in a fierce battle, but Koyomi eventually weakens Kiss-Shot by sucking out her blood. However, Tsubasa realizes that Kiss-Shot wants to die and proposes a solution that will make everyone miserable: Koyomi will suck out Kiss-Shot's blood only to the point that she is too weak to hunt humans, leaving them both as quasi-versions of vampire and human. The story follows Koyiomi's journey as he navigates his new life as a vampire and his complicated relationships with Kiss-Shot and Tsubasa.
