Joe's Apartment

In this quirky fantasy comedy, a young man named Joe moves to New York City hoping to start a new life, but he soon discovers that his run-down apartment is inhabited by thousands of singing, dancing cockroaches. Despite the initial shock, Joe learns to live with his unusual roommates and even forms a bond with them. However, their presence causes trouble when Joe tries to woo his crush, Lily, and the building is eventually burned down. In the end, the cockroaches come together to create a beautiful garden in the vacant lot and help Joe find happiness with Lily.
